1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShowReady AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ShowReady AI provides AI-powered virtual staging services for real estate photography. Our platform allows users to upload photos of empty rooms and generate digitally staged versions using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

Individual Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Access paid for by someone else

If someone else pays for your access to the Service, you acknowledge that your account access, generated content, and usage data are controlled by the person who pays. They may revoke that access or manage that data.

4. Acceptable Use & MLS Compliance

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
Upload images you do not have the right to use (e.g., listing photos taken by another photographer without permission).

MLS Compliance

You acknowledge that most Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and real estate boards require specific disclosures for virtually staged images. You are solely responsible for ensuring all generated images comply with your local MLS rules, truth-in-advertising laws, and ethical guidelines, including whatever disclosure your board requires. ShowReady does not add a watermark or a "Virtually staged" label to the photo.

5. Fair Use Policy

Our subscription plans include specific generation limits. A Fair Use Policy applies to all accounts. Excessive or abusive usage (e.g., automated scraping, bot activity) that impacts service quality for other users may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

Your Input

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded photos. By using our Service, you grant us and our third-party AI providers (identified in our Privacy Policy) a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating your output.

Your Output (The License)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ShowReady AI hereby grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, commercial license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the generated staged images for any business purpose, including MLS listings, social media, print marketing, and advertising.

7. Generative Nature of Services

You acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images. Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, output quality may vary. ShowReady does not guarantee that every generation will be error-free or aesthetically pleasing. AI-generated images may occasionally contain visual artifacts, unexpected interpretations, or stylistic variations.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Subscription cancellations must be done before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Refund Policy

Credit Packs (Flex)

A credit is used when a photo is staged. The file you download is that image, and ShowReady does not watermark it. Refunds are not issued for downloaded images unless there is technical file corruption.

Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase if fewer than 5 credits have been used. Beyond this window, cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

Quality Credit Refunds

If an AI generation produces a clearly defective result (artifacts, glitches), you may report the issue within 15 minutes for a credit refund. This courtesy is limited to 3 credit refunds per 24-hour period to prevent abuse.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated staging will meet specific subjective requirements or that it will be entirely indistinguishable from real furniture in all contexts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowReady AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of potential real estate commissions.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
