ShowReady AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our virtual staging services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Uploaded Images: Photos you upload for virtual staging.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our virtual staging services
• Process your transactions and manage your account
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Ensure the security and integrity of our platform

4. Image Storage & Security

We store uploaded images securely via Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. Your images are encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. To generate your staged images, your photos are additionally transmitted to the AI processing providers described in Section 5.

5. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers

ShowReady AI uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to generate your staged images. When you request a staging, the following data is transmitted to these providers:

• The room photo you upload, any prior staged image you choose to match for visual consistency, and a short text description of the room type and style.

These images are processed by Replicate, Inc. (replicate.com), which runs Google’s nano-banana-pro image model to produce your staged photo. Your photos are sent to this provider solely to generate the images you request. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and these providers are bound by their own privacy and security terms, which provide protections consistent with this policy. We ask for your explicit consent inside the app before your first photo is sent for processing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share your information only with the service providers that operate our platform, and only as needed to deliver the service:

• Replicate, Inc. — AI image generation (your uploaded photos, as described in Section 5).
• Supabase — cloud hosting, database, and encrypted image storage.
• Stripe — payment processing (billing details are entered directly with Stripe).
• Resend — transactional and account email delivery (your email address).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer or acquisition.

7. Your Rights

You retain ownership of your original photos. You have the right to:

• Access and download your data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request correction of inaccurate information

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used and improve the user experience.
